I started my very first long-term brand, which is something I have wanted to do for a very long time, and within about 2 days of testing, yes, you heard the right thing. I’ve already made over I’ve already made over $1,000 in profit at around a 30% margin.,000 in profit at around a 30% margin. Now you’re probably thinking, okay, well, you’ve been doing this for like a week and a half, but you have only been running adsfor 2 days, why, and that’s because the preparation that went into this brand is something unlike you’ve ever seen with any other, Drop-Shipping Store, so I’m going to explain to you what I did during that week and a half to make this happen not on accident but on purpose intentionally all calculated let’s talk about it

AD Metrics Breakdown

Starting off with the current ad manager, I know a lot of you guys would have asked what kind of testing strategy I used when running this product, so I’m going to go ahead and show you something extremely simple. We have two

Different Campaigns here: If you have an eye for what’s going on, there is an opportunity. It is a very simple CBO. I only had three ads for this product, and I’ll tell you why in a few minutes, but as you can see, the best performance was that one, and that’s usually how it goes for me. I had three different ads that each spent around 200, 200, and 100 cpcs, which were exactly where I needed them to be. If you don’t already know an average CPC or a good CPC is essentially anything under a dollar, you can argue that by saying anything below 70 cents, but I honestly, I aim for under a dollar, because as long as it’s converted, it doesn’t really matter. If, not going to lie, the cpms are about normal, the third one is a little bit high for my taste. The CTR is again about average. If you don’t already know the average CTR is something above 1%. Anything above 1% is good again. That is subjective. It can be argued against, but that’s just what I personally aim for, so this ad group was really pushing it. This is probably the worst out of the three, and you’ll seewhy in a second, as far as adding to carts and conversions go. You know the good stuff 17 add-to-carts six conversions—that’s an extremely healthy ratio. I think a lot of people do not understand that people like to add things to the cart, and they often don’t convert a lot of people that are getting into

Brand Building E-commerce: E-commerce that is brand new is like Why are so many addit carts and so there are conversions? That’s normal? Happens, you’ll be surprised at the number of people that leave stuff in Their cart, so I was happy with this ratio. Ad Strategy : best performing ad group 54 ad to cards 19 conversions with a 43 Cent CPC almost 500 clicks which is incredible and a $5 CPM nice going over to the CBO again spent around $100 in total cuz it was two days $50 CBO I ended up not scaling it at all cuz I wasn’t really read blog it I was focusing on the AO one area that I could have

Creative Focus: improved is the CBO I should have doubled the budget more, but I was not entirely focused on it so even when you’re winning reflect on what you could have done better because there’s always room to improve this is my lowest CPC a 37 Cent CPC with the $458 Cent CPM and almost a 3% clickthrough rate which was incredible almost the exact same ratio here, but we got 31 add to cards and 12 conversions a $6 CPA was pretty much I mean it was incredible for me

Performance mertics : I was all most spending nothing on ads because of my markup and that actually and that pattern actually got pursued downwards into this second add two here, although it only got nine at of cars and three conversions while it spent $20 and then this one it’s turned off for a reason add one it let it spend about $8 a CPC would not dip below $1 it was only trending upwards therefore I just cut it quickly CPM again higher than the other Two, it’s all about pattern recognition. You have to observe the other AD groups and decide whether the ad group that you’re trying to figure out if you should turn on or off is following a particular pattern if that ad group is Not following suit with the other two, turning it off. I could not see this one trending upwards, so I turned it off, 80 cents CTR, way below where I wanted it. No shame I turned it off, but that is how I ran the ads and I continue to run them this way. I’m going to tell you why now there are no hidden tips or tricks.

Investment in Learning : particular strategy, I literally just made an and a CBO no special  Day, parting, no special targeting. This is 100% broad and I suggest that you stop. Looking for advanced ad strategies to make your ads work, you only need basic Cobs and abos really. I mean people can use all the buzz words they want, but if Your ads are good. They’re going to convert. If they suck, they’re not going to convert. No strategy is going to fix that at all, and I’m going to show you. Guys why my ads converted and why I had 100% confidence that they were going to convert. I’m going to show you guys how to develop unwavering confidence when making ads, and it might be a bit extreme for some of you, but this artical is not for the people who just want to get by ripping ads off PP ads and covering up text. This is for people who want to go above and beyond to innovate into the next level of e-commerce and scale up a longer-term brand, which is what I’m now pursuing. So let me show you guys my thought process behind what I did and why I did it when I started thinking.

HOW I Made MY ADS

Research on competitor sites Instagrams Facebooks Tik Tok Pages Anything you could, anything you could name at all, I was there. I was looking, and I was trying to figure out how the best of the best did things. Drop shipping or not, I did not care. I just wanted to see how they were doing it, and I noticed a pattern and a lot of clothing niches, shoes, clothing hoodies, anything of that sort. They 3D model everything; none of the ads are real, and most of the ads that perform the best are 3D animated rendered, so I thought okay, this is extremely exciting. I want to 3D render and animate my product photos and my ads.

UNIQUE VALVE Proposition:  I’m going to teach myself now. I’m just kidding. That’s crazy, right? That’d be absolutely absurd to teach yourself how to 3D animate your own product video. 
Needless to say, I immediately visited Blender and started reading blog tutorials on how to build these 3D products. I thought it was the most fascinating thing in the world so I dedicated hours upon hours upon hours to learning how it worked as a demonstration I first learned how to build slides in blender because that was my little practice run and after 2 days of practice this is the scene that I came up with this slide was modeled from a cube mesh this is not a real product this is one that I came up with in my head took a long time to figure out but with multiple modifiers and a lot of patience it worked as you can see there is a camera set to the shape of an iPhone right here an area light here and here and overall when you go into the camera view and set it to render this is what the scene looks like it’s beautiful right now obviously these black lines
won’t be here when it gets rendered now all that was left to do was to make an animation with the ad key frame it just like you would keyframe something in cap cut into a desirable motion in the fully rendered format and believe it or not Key framing is actually the easy part once I was done with that and once


I waited 6 hours for the post to finish rendering here is the raw video that I got back pretty cool right obviously there were some things that needed to be fixed up so I just simply imported the video into cap cut and edited the rest from there with music text everything in between and you guys already know how to do that so here was the final result of my little test ad now when this finished rendering I knew I was about to make a bunch of money because when you have an ad like that that has never seen Tik Tok before with a product that nobody’s ever seen beforeyou’re going to make cash and you guys are still ripping videos off of pp adsand hoping to scrape the bottom of the barrel there are people out here now I just established it 3D animating their products and uploading it onto Tik Tok to advertise now obviously most products cannot be 3D animated sure but I picked a niche that could be on purpose so now you Understand all I had to do is 3D render my actual product and then make an ad similar to that I knew that was going to make me money there isno argument and that’s really the  mainportion of how I set everything up to perform the way that it did obviously there was an extended period of time

Where I was coming up with the brand message,the brand logo, and the way the going to look, if you want to know what pre-built store I used, I did not use one. I used the Spotlight theme from Shopify and completely customized it myself using the Store app to kind of flare up the aesthetic features. completely customized myself just like the ads and the products which nobody has sold to my knowledge now if you have not already established a pattern I’m going to tell it to you now everything that I’ve done to make this perform the way that it is performed is in a way that nobody else has ever done because I strive to do things differently in ways that nobody else has ever thought of and that’s where the money is at you get paid in proportion to the problems that you solve or the ideas that you come up with sure there are Major Brands out there 3D animating and rendering ads and paying people thousands of dollars to do so but what would happen if I used my background experience in Photoshop Sony Vegas Premiere Pro to learn myself now I possess a $1,000 skill and now I can work at the levels of those companies that,such as Nike Apple beats stuff like that, so now I automatically surpass drop shippers,shippers, and I’m now competing against direct multi-million dollar companies.You simply have to raise your standards in the way that you do things after process. watching this entire process. I really hope you did not go back to ripping ads off PP ads. I hope that you find a better way, even if it costs more money ,even if time,it costs more time, because if you’re scared to risk a little bit of money or time,a little bit of time, this isn’t really for you. If. If you play it safe,safe, it’s never out,going to work out, and I say play it safe like there’s even a really big risk involved.

It cost me no money to learn that Blender is free and YouTube is free. tutorials,I watched some tutorials, and now I possess this skill that’s only going to improve over time and make me more and more money as more people come into the e-commerce space and try the same exact thing. I’m going to be over here trying something different. putting in more work or hours, and I’m probably not even putting in more work or hours because a lot of people spend so much time six 12-hour days looking for the wrongthing.  thing.  learning the wrong thing watching the wrong videos or,post when you could be allocating that time towards learning skills like this or coming up with ideas for brainstorming ways to sell things like this,, and that’s where the money’s at you.  have the time and you’re utilizing the time but you’re not utilizing it in the correct way and I really hope that this post kind of opened your eyes and you’re able to establish kind of gaps or differences that me and you have when weset up these campaigns these ads this perceived value because guess what when you 3D render your own ads and they look professional you can charge whatever you want there’s a fun fact for you that answers the question why I was able to charge what I charged because it lookslike I can simple as that and  that’s really all I have to say about how I set this up now of course we’re only on day two so there’s much much more to comeand I’ll make sure to keep you guys updated but that is the first two days kind of all bundled up into a little post see you next time.
